Sales Executive

We are is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Orpington, Kent.

Duties of the role will include:

• Assisting with stock enquiries and customer queries
• Greeting clients, identifying their needs and supporting them throughout the purchasing process
• Learning and demonstrating vehicle features and specifications
• Supporting the vehicle handover process upon collection
• Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals and repeat customers
• Assisting with appraising incoming stock
• Liaising with the administration team to ensure smooth sales processes
• Preparing and completing relevant sales paperwork and documentation
• Working towards individual and team sales targets set by management
• Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle models, specifications and industry trends
• Assisting with general day-to-day duties within the showroom and office

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working within automotive sales
• A genuine passion and interest in cars, particularly luxury vehicles
• A motivated and ambitious attitude towards sales and career progression
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and organisational skills
• A professional and personable approach to customer service
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry
• A full, clean driving licence
• The ability to commute to Orpington, Kent
