Senior Sales Executive
This fantastic opportunity will suit a candidate with at least two years of experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Duties of the role will include:
- Dealing with stock enquiries
- Greeting clients, identifying their needs and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Demonstrating vehicle features
- Guiding clients though the handover process upon collection
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and repeat clients
- Appraising incoming stock
- Liasing with the administration team
- Prepare and complete all relevant sales paperwork and documentation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
- Provide exceptional aftersales support and maintain long term, trustworthy customer relationships
- Keeping up to date with the latest models, specifications and industry trends
- General day-to-day duties within the office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two years working within the automotive industry
- Prior experience with luxury cars
- An ambition to drive sales
- A focus on personable customer service
- Strong written & communication skills
- Excellent knowledge & interest for cars
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Full, clean drivers licence
- Able to commute to Orpington, Kent
