Sales Manager
This fantastic opportunity will suit a candidate with at least five years of experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Duties of the role will include:
- Lead, Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Oversee stock level and pricing in accordance with market trends
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and recommend necessary improvements
- Manage customer relations, resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with necessary departments to streamline the sales process and improve cross-department efficiency
- Provide exceptional aftersales support and maintain long term, trustworthy customer relationships
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and new product launches
- Ensure complience with our dealership policies
- General day-to-day duties within the office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five years proven experience as a sales manager or in a senior sales role within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of automotive financing and dealership operations
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and customer service abilities
- Prior experience with luxury cars
- An ambition to drive sales and extend growth
- Strong written & communication skills
- Excellent knowledge & interest for cars
- Ability to work on their own initiative in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
- Full, clean drivers licence
- Able to commute to Orpington, Kent
