Refreshed for the 2025 model year, 992.2-generation Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS features themarque’s new ‘T-Hybrid’ powertrain, consisting of a 3.6-litre turbocharged flat-six with a 1.9 kWh battery and electric motors on the turbine shaft, delivering 541hp to all four wheels through an all-new eight-speed PDK automatic transmission with paddle shift. Despite its 1,745kg weight, it can reach 60mph from a standstill in 3.1 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 194mph.
Alongside the hybrid system, which is said to provide instantaneous torque from low revs and reduce turbo lag, the GTS has a revised Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system with adaptive dampers, larger brakes, restyled bumpers with active air flaps, and the Sport Chrono pack fitted as standard.
Inside, the cabin features a new 12.6-inch digital infotainment cluster, while driver aids include ParkAssist with reversing camera, lane-keep assist and traffic sign recognition.
