Key Points: Paint Protection Film (PPF) Applied To Whole Car, 1 of 40 Examples Worldwide, Pagani Bespoke Car Cover, Pagani 3 Piece Luggage Set
Introduced in July 2019, the Huayra Roadster BC is a track-oriented version of the standard Roadster, limited to just 40 units worldwide. It is powered by a modified version of the AMG-developed 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged V12, which delivers 791hp and 774 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a seven-speed X-Trac sequential gearbox with a single clutch, electro-hydraulic actuation and carbon fibre synchronisers.
With a dry weight of 1,218kg, it’s lighter than the Huayra Roadster by 30kg, thanks to the use of a lightweight carbon-titanium monocoque, which also increased torsional rigidity by 12%, and flexural rigidity by 20%. Pagani claims the Roadster BC can generate up to 500kg of downforce at 174mph, due to its large fixed rear wing, extended winglets and active aerodynamic elements.
It features a quad-exit titanium exhaust with a valved catalytic converter, which delivers exhaust gases over the underfloor elements and out of the rear diffuser, similar to a Formula 1 car. Other key features include standard-fit Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R rubber, a new constantly-variable electronic damper setup, and a unique ignition key sculpted from milled billet aluminium into the shape of the Huayra.
