The Porsche 911 (964) Reimagined by Singer represents the ultimate expression of Porsche’s iconic air-cooled sports car, combining the timeless character of the 964-generation 911 with modern engineering, materials and craftsmanship. Reimagined by Singer in July 2022, this left-hand-drive example was commissioned as a “Classic Study” Indy Commission and benefits from an exceptionally detailed specification, including a Porsche Motorsport naturally aspirated 4.0-litre air-cooled flat-six and six-speed manual transmission.

At its heart is Singer’s extensively re-engineered 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, built by Porsche Motorsport and paired with a six-speed manual gearbox driving the rear wheels. The air-cooled engine retains the character and mechanical purity of Porsche’s classic flat-six while benefiting from modern engineering and performance, making it one of the defining features of the Singer driving experience.

The exterior is finished in distinctive Dixon Bronze, complemented by 17-inch five-spoke Fuchs-style wheels finished in Gold Metallic and Black-painted brake calipers with Gold lettering. Further bespoke details include Dixon Bronze rear bumperettes, a Black Ceramic exhaust finish, brass badging and an electric sliding sunroof. The engine bay is finished with Diamond Quilted Desert Tortoise leather, carbon-fibre rear engine covers and a ceramic-finished plenum, demonstrating the level of attention applied throughout the build.

Inside, the cabin combines Espresso and Desert Tortoise leather with Shug Connolly Nubuck across the dashboard, door panels, rear seats and upper rear compartment. The transmission tunnel, sills and lower rear compartment are finished in Desert Tortoise leather, while lightweight carbon-fibre track seats feature perforated Nubuck centres and exterior-matched Dixon Bronze seat backs.

Reimagined by Singer in July 2022, this Porsche 911 (964) Classic Study Indy Commission showcases the philosophy that has established Singer Vehicle Design as one of the most celebrated names in modern Porsche restoration and reimagination. Combining a Porsche Motorsport-built naturally aspirated 4.0-litre engine, rear-wheel drive, six-speed manual transmission and an entirely bespoke interior and exterior specification, it represents a highly desirable interpretation of the air-cooled Porsche 911.
